the letters were out yesterday.
my head said i'd definitely not get it this year cos i just got a whopping pay adjustment late last year. but my heart obviously thought otherwise, secretly hoping that i'd be recognised for my outstanding contributions (ahem) for last year.
my head won...of cos. no promotion for me :(
i cant say i'm not disappointed. i really thought i did well last year, and if THAT could not account for a promotion then i dont know what would.
and what sucks the most is being told that the bosses thought i'm TOO YOUNG to be promoted to the next grade. TOO YOUNG!
on the brighter side....the amount of money i'm getting for PB is pretty decent...hehhe...so i'm not all sad :)

well..at least u don't have a scholar who comes up with the bright idea to make an IPPT pass as a prerequisite for a promotion.. ie. no matter how gd u perform, even if you get an A.... u will not be promoted if u fail ur IPPT... life is such... ;) on a lighter note, have fun with ur PB...;)

of cos must pass ippt...hahha. how cn we hv high-ranking officers who are not fit?? such a travesty THAT would be....muakakakaka.
still deciding what to do wif d pb. there's the new house of cos. and some to be put aside for savings. but maybe...just maybe...i can splurge on sthg for my own selfish self too? hmmmm
